The Great "Why's" Of Eating Seeds
It is a rainy day, so it is a great day to blog. I have 3 blogs and they sure keep me busy.
On this post I am informing you all on the great nutrition 3 different seeds i have chosen to blog about.
First one is Flaxseed
Flaxseed is a nutty-flavored seed that provides the most nutrition when grounded. Some studies suggest that flaxseed may help prevent everything from heart disease to cancer (like breast and ovarian) that are sensitive to hormones: and a 2010 study in the Journal of Nutrition suggest that it may even help on belly fat. Two of Flak's secret weapon: omega-3's and Phytoestrogens called Lignans (flak has more of these plants compounds than any other food).
These 3 seeds are the best and I use them a lot. I hope this may help you understand the importance of including seeds into your daily diet.
